Originally did this for Halloween but i don't want to keep the subject exclusively for that day.

So here it is Candyman . He was formerly a candy Company owner that involved in production of Pumpkin candies . When he was accused for food poisoning that lead to children death. His company was closed down and sentenced him for imprisonment. This lead him to insanity and gifted him with dual personality disorder. Turning him to a cannibalistic serial killer who abducts the ones who caused for his frenzy.
